As my role is to work up-front on your behalf, your role is to communicate with me upfront your ideal home and ability to purchase with the following:
- Complete a Home Buyer Questionnaire letting me know more about your ideal home.
- Provide a Proof of Funds statement for a cash purchase, or for a financed purchase, provide your lender contact info so that I can secure a loan pre-approval letter, and confirmation of down payment and closing costs.
- Sign an Exclusive Buyer Representation Agreement.
- Acknowledge a $600,000 minimum fair market property value for consideration in the Buyer Match Program.
- Acknowledge that the Buyer Match Program is not a ‘low-ball’ platform. Instead, this is a platform based on current fair market value for Serious Buyers looking for their next property without the spiking price jumps and associated stress of competitive bidding.
