Your Role

As my role is to work up-front on your behalf, your role is to communicate with me upfront your ideal home/next project as well as your ability to purchase with the following:


  • Complete a Home Buyer Questionnaire letting me know more about your ideal home/next project.
  • Provide a Proof of Funds statement for a cash purchase, or for a financed purchase, provide your lender contact info so that I can secure a loan pre-approval letter, and confirmation of down payment and closing costs.
  • Sign a Buyer Representation and Broker Compensation Agreement.
  • Acknowledge there is a $600,000 minimum market value for consideration in the Investor Match Program.
  • Acknowledge that the Investor Match Program is not a ‘low-ball’ platform.  Instead, this is a platform based on a sale price reflective of INVESTOR/BROKER ASSIGNED VALUE with NO OTHER BUYER COMPETITION of homes in their CURRENT PHYSICAL CONDITION, with NO IMPROVEMENTS prior to close of escrow.  This platform focuses on unlisted properties outside the MLS.  It is for Serious Buyers/Investors looking for their next project without the spiking price jumps and stress associated with competitive bidding of the most affordably priced homes.
