My husband and I recently sold our condo in Pismo Beach as we found our forever home on the central coast in San Luis Obispo. When we decided it was time to discuss listing the condo, we contacted Cory. He came over to walk us step by step through the process and all of the paperwork and made sure all our questions or concerns were addressed. He spent quite a bit of time making sure the listing was thorough, told a great story and that the pictures really conveyed the property well. He also suggested getting a home inspection so that we could know if there we any items to address and get them taken care of before the listing hit the market. I believe this was an important part of the process for us and any potential buyer. The fact that they could review a current inspection that showed there were no issues before even looking at the property in person is a great place to be. Once the property was listed, Cory kept us informed of potential interest and/or walk-throughs from buyers. Once we received an offer, he walked us through the offer and gave us sound advice for countering. When got to the point of accepting an offer, Cory outlined all the milestones that needed to be met up to the closing date. He was proactive in reaching out to the buyer’s agent a few days ahead of the milestones they needed to meet to ensure they were on track for completion. This led to a smooth closing process. I would recommend Cory to anyone who wants to sell their home. He was thoughtful, professional, caring, thorough and really wonderful to work with through the process.
