We had an awesome and stress-free experience working with Home Again Real Estate. The owner, Cory Mason, was professional yet very personal at the same time. He listened to what we wanted and made every effort to find us a great ocean view condo and to secure the best financing. He showed us one condo in the Spy Glass Ridge community that we loved but the floor plan was not quite what we wanted. We loved the area, so Cory strategically sent out letters to everyone in the community to see if they were interested in selling. Several people responded and Cory was able to negotiate a deal with one of the homeowners. The condo we purchased has a great floor plan and an unobstructed view of the ocean!!!! Although there were some unusual things that unfolded with their real estate agent they decided to hire, Cory’s experience in real estate navigated the issues and the deal was finalized in our favor. We highly recommend Cory to our friends and family and anyone wanting an effortless process in buying or selling real estate. We are looking forward to using him in the future!
