You also made sure all inspections were completed, even went to house and installed carbon monoxide detectors for me. Your negotiating skills between buyer and seller were extremely well put together Living three hours away from Pismo made it very difficult for me at times to be there for certain inspections or repairs to be followed up on. You went over and above the call of duty to be there for me or arrange meetings and any business to be conducted on weekends or to my convenience. You never left me wondering what was going on. You e-mailed or called me throughout the whole adventure. You really made my dream come true and all with a view!! Even after escrow closed you lent me your own personal utility trailer to use for my renovations. I will definitely recommend you to anyone I know or don’t know, to trust you and your hard work to help them find their dream home. You make a bumpy road smooth.
