After visiting the Central Coast for over 20 years and paying for hotels, we decided to purchase our first home. It was July 2015, we were visiting family and mentioned it was time to have a home in the Central Coast.
It just so happened that Cory was hosting an open house right across the street. Upon meeting Cory, it was evident we had met a true professional. We made an offer before the day was over and soon, we had our first home in the area.
We’ve kept in touch with Cory over the years and due to our growing family with grandchildren, it was now time to look for a bigger home. We did not hesitate deciding on who was going to help in our search and immediately contacted Cory.
From the moment we met Cory it was obvious that he is a true professional and, more importantly, honest, caring and very patient. It was an adventure looking at various properties, but Cory maintained that we would find the “perfect fit”. He was absolutely correct and a home we had visited a while back hadn’t sold and was about to come back on the market. Cory immediately made a call to the selling agent, we got an offer in, and now we own our second Central Coast home.
Additionally, upon closing, Cory also provided contact information (and called) potential contractors, landscapers, electricians and architects to get us started on our new home renovation. Cory is more than just our Realtor, he’s someone that has become a good friend.
