I recently worked with Cory Mason and Home Again Real Estate in liquidating a household for a friend who, for medical reasons, is no longer able to live independently. This is a situation which can be extremely difficult both emotionally and legally, and Cory made it all so smooth that it passed as just another box checked. Cory went the distance (which was way above and beyond what many people would consider) to make sure that proceeds were maximized for the owner’s benefit while being more than fair to the other parties involved. He worked seamlessly with the estate auction firm, and communicated with the owner with respect and concern, keeping him updated throughout the entire process. Cory’s ability to pivot in the correct direction when called for is truly impressive, his respect for the property and parties involved is obvious, and his deep knowledge of his profession was key in making what could have been a wrenching experience a very good memory.
