When we decided to buy a new home, we selected Home Again as we have used Cory in the past and have been very satisfied. This time our criteria was a little trickier as the area we were searching for a home in was only an area of a few blocks.
Cory had a creative approach to finding our home. He asked us to drive around and select what houses would be suitable, so we made a list of 28 properties. Cory sent fliers, went door to door and made phone calls. Within two weeks of Cory working his program, we were under contract buying one of our pre-selected homes…which was shocking to us!
Given that this property was an off-market deal, it was a relief to not have to worry about outside competing offers. Additionally, the seller saved time and money because he did not have to prep the house or pay for the listing agent commission. It was a win for everyone involved!
This is our 3rd purchase with Cory and for these types of reasons, we will continue to go to Cory for any and all of our future home buying! We cannot say enough good things about him. He is always on top of things, very professional, and a delight to work with! Highly, highly recommend!
