Cory is amazing! My wife and I were trying to sell a house in NH and use the money to buy a house in the 5 cities without being homeless in between. Cory stepping in and made it happen!
I was looking at houses remotely through Zoom trying to make the biggest purchase of my life from 3000 miles away, and Cory made it happen like it was nothing. I’m not sure, but I think Cory might also have a psychology degree, because there were times where my wife and I were totally overwhelmed and pessimistic about how everything was going while Cory was cool as a cucumber. He went above and beyond for us, and I am writing this from our amazing new house in Arroyo Grande that is perfect! I couldn’t recommend him strong enough. If we ever buy or sell another house in this area again, I will look no further than my phone under the letter C. Just give him a call, you will not regret it.
