In the midst of all of the chaos caused by COVID, our family realized it was time to upgrade our home to better suit our family’s needs, though we were nervous about the timing and all of the details that go into selling and buying. Cory met us exactly where we were, listening to our desires and concerns, and helped us chart a course forward. He made the process easy and smooth. Cory did an excellent job with the selling of our home. He took the extra time and care to truly capture the great features of our home and the extra touches we had added over the years. Not only did our condo sell very quickly, but it was a record high sale for the complex. When there were a few complexities that suddenly turned up over the weekend at closing, Cory took care of them, allowing us to focus on our move. Although we hope to not move for a very long time, if we do have to move, our first call will be to Cory!
