Cory, Denise and I want to thank you for your exceptional and professional service to us while we found our retirement home. What a journey! I’m so glad I went with you rather than the guy from Remax. What a difference! The first realtor gave me no information on things like well depth, housing plans that were going to happen in the near future, which would interfere with our view, unpermitted space. Fortunately our mutual friend asked you to do him a favor and check for me. When I found out that you included these items and more, I realized I had the wrong realtor. You really are very thorough in all you do. And we appreciate it so much. And I get an extra bonus. Turns out we have a lot in common and I now have a new friend. I look forward to riding on the dunes, jet skiing and hunting. You are a class act.
