Paul and I cannot thank you enough for the very professional way in which you handled the sale of our house in Nipomo. It became a very stressful time for us, but you seemed to be able to smooth the way each time a crisis arose; even with us being “out-of-state” for a few days looking for our new home. A casual telephone call from you, turned out to be a very pleasant experience for us. You did what you said you would do and immediately started the promotion of our home. As a result, we had offers and a buyer within THREE days. Everything was handled in a most efficient manner. All the paperwork was explained, and we were advised as to what was happening at all times. It could not have been more professional.
