This was the second time I’ve used Cory Mason and Home Again Real Estate. The first time being when I purchased the Bradley Road Foreclosure property…and now to sell it. Cory came and looked at the house prior to the sale to make suggestions on what I should do to get top dollar for my house. Cory gave me a detailed list of things I needed to do. Once I was ready to list the house, Cory went to work.
Cory did a lot of research work. While doing this he found a signed permit for the front garage that added 400 Sq Ft of living space to the house that I was not aware of! Cory came in and did an extensive photo shoot of the house and put together a great listing. The listing was so good that the house was pretty much sold before the buyers even saw the house. The buyers came the first day it was on the market, it sold that day!
Cory kept me aware of everything that was going on. He made sure I fully understood the process. During the Escrow, the buyer had a situation come up that could have killed the deal, but Cory worked with the buyers Broker and lender to make sure the deal stayed on track!
Cory has a wealth of knowledge in the industry with properties and the finance side of the industry. It was Cory’s knowledge of finance options that saved this sale AND THE SALES PRICE WAS SIGNIFICANTLY OVER ASKING!!
