It is difficult to describe just how amazing our buying and selling experience was. The basic premise behind hiring a real estate agent is to help you with the process of buying and/or selling a home. However, Cory goes above and beyond. He knows this business in and out and over the years have kept up with how to use technology to ensure the process is as smooth as possible. He also showed amazing patience and kindness as he guided us through this process. His amazing knowledge of the selling process and how to drive potential buyers toward noticing your home is unmatched. You will get your home in front of as many eyes as possible. Cory is also great at helping you figure out what upgrades/repairs might be needed in order to maximize your return. Helping you stage the home and even volunteering to aid in minor repairs/upgrades is truly above and beyond. Lastly, the value of having Cory to help coordinate the sale of our current home and purchase of our new home was unexpected and amazing. To ensure a smooth transition from selling one home and purchasing another, it requires a delicate balance of keeping everyone happy while also walking the tightrope between banks and mortgage companies. This part was one of the things I worried about the most and Cory managed to ensure it wasn’t an issue at all. You cannot go wrong by hiring Cory to represent you in your purchase/sale.
