I feel strongly enough about his expertise and his service that I want to express my gratitude by telling of my experience: I live in Seattle, WA, and through a family death, found myself suddenly managing a family LLC that held a rental condo in Grover Beach. I was short on experience and long on need for help in putting it up for sale.
